Our company was incorporated in 1992 and is owned by the group founded by CORPORATE PERFORMANCE HOLDING LTD – Nyon.

Its founder members, from professional backgrounds such as banking, trust companies and data processing, aimed to establish a group of services able to offer integrated and customized services to financial companies and banks established in Switzerland and abroad.

To date, this goal has been reached. Our company has developed an expertise recognized in fields as diverse as financial software as well as outsourcing and consulting through CORPORATE PERFORMANCE CONSULTING LTD.

Multilingual data-processing solutions have been purchased in recent years by customers in Switzerland as well as abroad.

Currently, our company has more than eighty customers among leading banks, brokers, wealth management (companies and / or independent asset managers), family offices, trust companies, fiduciary companies.

Philosophy
We are dedicated to offering a set of efficient financial software to customers looking to increase productivity and control risk whilst meeting legal requirements (AML/LBA – SFA/LBVM ).
